Product introduction:
1.Aluminium hypophosphit is a new type of halogen-free resistance and high phosphorus content, good thermal stability, excellent mechanical properties and weather resistance, with slightly soluble in water, not volatile. As a special flame retardant, inorganic phosphorus is widely used in many materials, including: paint, coating, textile, chemical fiber carpet, plastic, wood, wood plastic, bamboo plastic, rubber, epoxy resin, unsaturated resin, acrylic resin and polyurethane. It is mainly used for flame retardant modification of PBT, PA, TPV and ABS, and appropriate amount of stabilizer is added in the use, coupling agent and other phosphorus and nitrogen flame retardants APP, MC and MCA have better use effect.
2. Because of aluminium hypophosphit’s good hydrolysis stability, it does not cause the decomposition of polymer in processing, and does not affect the plastic modular composition. It can be used in coordination with other flame retardants to complement each other and enhance the flame retardant performance, so it is a highly efficient collaborative flame retardant.
